My First Blog Ever: Baby Bliss, New Beginnings & The Big Return

Hey everyone, Fer here! Can you believe it's nearly Christmas! I’m going to let you in on a little secret: this is the first blog post I have ever written. I’ve decided to try something totally new on my website to share more of my journey with you, and honestly, it feels pretty exciting! Life looks a lot different than it did a year ago - I’ve been away on maternity leave after welcoming my beautiful baby boy. Becoming a mom has been the most incredible, humbling, and (let's be real) sleep-deprived adventure of my life. I’ve learned so much about unconditional love, the art of the 2:00 AM swaddle, and how a tiny human can completely steal your heart.

Lately, I’ve been slowly shifting my mindset back into "work mode." While I have cherished every single snuggle, I’ve also realized how much I miss the creative energy of the wedding world. I miss the buzz of a bridal suite, the scent of hairspray, and the look on a bride's face when she sees herself in the mirror for the first time.

I’m currently busy updating my kits and getting my head back into the game because BRXL Beauty by Fernanda Carreon is officially returning to work this October 2025! I am so pumped to balance this new life as a "boy mom" with my passion for bridal beauty.

As I prepare to head back to the Miami wedding scene and a big move to Orlando in early 2026, I’m treating myself and my clients to some fresh, luxury essentials to make sure my first weddings back are nothing short of magic
