1. The Capen House (Winter Park)

Think "Winter Park Chic." It’s right on the lake with gardens that look like a movie set. If you want that sophisticated garden party vibe, this is it.

2. The Highland Manor (Apopka)

This place has giant oak trees and a massive Victorian wrap-around porch. It feels like a secret estate hidden away from the city noise. It’s boutique, vintage, and totally romantic. Me encantó, de veras.

3. The Wellborn (Downtown Orlando)
